Both as yoga practitioner and writer I’ve discovered a lot about myself and about my limits and I appreciate the quiet moments more.
I have a vision of a community where the magic of stories and the serenity of yoga serve as catalysts for positive change, fostering resilience, empathy, and a deeper understanding of our human experience.

Yoga Classes for Adults and Kids
My purpose is to share with you the message of yoga, beyond any philosophical statements. Yoga brings a deep understanding of our body, in mind and in spirit. Yoga shows us who we are and shows us how to accept all that we are.
Whether you're a novice or a seasoned yogi, there's a place for you on the mat. As a certified yoga teacher for both adults and kids, I will take the time to know and understand you and what you want to achieve, as we explore the enriching practice of yoga.
I will introduce you to the subtle union of body, breath, and mind and you will cultivate a deeper connection with your physical and mental well-being.

Writing
I was born in Transylvania, the heart of Romania, a land rich in history, myths, and traditions and surrounded by medieval towns and millennia old fortresses which can only fuel one’s imagination.
I think of my writing as threads pulled from the fabric of my heritage and life and woven into stories that talk about my experiences as a woman, mother and later as an immigrant.
By weaving these threads into stories about my experiences as a woman, mother, and later as an immigrant, I hope to show that we are not alone in any of our thoughts, fears, and beliefs. I found empowerment by stepping out of my comfort zone and writing these stories, which seek to reflec
