WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 6-WEEK BEGINNERS COURSE?


Here are the details on the upcoming yoga 6-week beginner course.


The second course is set to begin on 13 APRIL run for 6 weeks.


I ask you to love yourself and commit to a series of 6 consecutive classes, to fully devote this time to you.


The course is specifically designed to introduce you to the practices of Breathing, Meditation, and Postures.


At your own pace, we will learn:

-what are the foundations of yoga and what does it mean to be on the mat,

-how to set up your practice and warm up the body,

-create the correct alignment and achieve awareness,

-build and deepen your posture with mindfulness,

-how to adjust the posture and use the props and

-we will relax with yin yoga.


All in the 6-week beginners’ course.
